“Jana has helped me navigate through a lot of personal struggles these past few months. She’s very patient and kind. I especially like how she makes every session chill and relaxed, allowing you time to process your thoughts. Another thing that I like is that there’s no pressure around scheduling, it’s all on your own terms.”

FAQs

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore what brings you to counselling. We’ll talk about what’s going on for you, what you’d like support with, and how we might work together. There’s no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with.
